STEPHEN A. PYHRR, CEO
As Senior Managing Director and CEO of SynerMark, Steve is responsible for all the company’s investments, asset and property management, marketing, research and consulting, and sales/leasing activities. He oversees the acquisition, operations, and disposition of a private equity portfolio that focuses on office, apartment, industrial, self storage, and retail properties throughout Texas and the southern U.S.
JACQUELINE WELL, CFO
As Senior Managing Director and CFO of SynerMark, Jacquie manages all day-to-day corporate accounting activities and property-related financial activities for SynerMark's directly held real estate, private placements and third-party management and accounting assignments. She supervises the entire accounting staff in preparation of financial statements, financial analysis work, and cash management.
JAMES CAIN, ACQUISITIONS & ASSET MANAGEMENT
As Managing Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management for SynerMark, James is focused on identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities for a private equity program that primarily targets small to middle-market, value-add projects in Texas and surrounding growth markets. He is also responsible for the successful operation and repositioning of an existing portfolio of commercial and self-storage assets, with the goal of maximizing their value for investor partners.
MELISSA MilleR, INVESTOR RELATIONS & ADMINISTRATION
As Managing Director of Administration and Head of Investor Relations for SynerMark, Melissa provides support for the Acquisition and Investment teams. She handles monthly reporting to investors, the administration of contracts, insurance compliance, processing of invoices, and draws. She is the investor liaison handling numerous property management and asset management duties, along with office administration.
MARK KENT, Property management & Operations
As Head of Property Management for SynerMark, Mark assures the strategic and operational stability of his properties. He has instituted a culture within SynerMark that focuses on the long-term value of the asset. Mark’s ultimate goal is to increase investment value, maximize income and minimize vacancies for ownership. He works closely with property owners to define investment and management strategy set to exceed those goals.
LENNARD COPLIN, CCIM, SENIOR DIRECTOR
As Senior Director of Marketing, Leasing & Brokerage based in Austin, Lennard is SynerMark's Designated Broker and represents landlords and tenants in industrial and office lease transactions. He also represents buyers and sellers in sales transactions for improved properties, as well as development land parcels. He is consistently recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a Commercial Real Estate “Heavy Hitter”.
SUZANNE HAVEKOST, SENIOR DIRECTOR
As Senior Director of Marketing, Leasing & Brokerage based in San Antonio, Suzanne brings a unique blend of transaction skills to her clients that have been honed over her 25-year career. She is a dedicated landlord representative, providing exceptional results for institutional clients including KW Fund II, UBS Realty Investor, ING, JP Morgan and private investor groups. She has history of success with over $4 million square feet of lease transactions.
